The United States finally seems to be strongly united over the weekend against Elon Musk. Nationwide protest erupted over the entire weekend in all 50 states with some states seeing their own mini peaceful version of “January 6th”.
The 50501 Movement, is a nationwide protest group set up to protest the policies and executive orders of the Trump administration. The movement is a grassroots movement that is organizing marches on capitols nationwide. The protests over the weekend took place in city streets, at State Capitols, and at National Parks.
One of the main issues being protested was the embarrassing and shameful display behavior from Donald Trump and JD Vance last week against President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Their disgusting display of kissing the metaphorical boots of Putin, caused many in the United States to protest the betrayal to the Ukrainian people.
This won’t be the last round of protests that we see during Donald Trump’s second term as many prepare to protest for the long term.
